TrustEd Ireland recognition for Emerald Cultural Institute
For 40 years, Emerald has welcomed students from around the world to learn English, experience life in Ireland and become part of an international community. Since its establishment in 1986, Emerald has been recognised by the State bodies responsible for this sector. We are now delighted that our commitment to quality has been recognised with the TrustEd Ireland Quality Mark, awarded by Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI).
Emerald is proud to be among the first five English Language Education providers in Ireland authorised to use this statutory quality mark.
What TrustEd Ireland represents
TrustEd Ireland gives international learners greater confidence when choosing an education provider in Ireland. Providers must demonstrate high standards across key areas including quality assurance and governance, student support, learner protection, and responsible provision for international students. Emerald met the required standards in all areas, and the assessment panel also commended Emerald for excellence in student welfare, the quality of our facilities, student placement procedures, commitment to strategic quality development, efficient systems for the substitution of teachers, procedures for learner orientation and information and guidance provided to learners.
For Emerald students, the mark reinforces our commitment to high-quality teaching, meaningful support, and transparent responsible practices throughout their learning journey.
