Pre-arrival Information

This area provides you with a preparation guide for your stay at Emerald, whether you are an adult student or you have registered for one of our junior courses, including immigration guidelines for full-time non-EEA language students.

Exam Information

This area provides you with information on the range of INIS-approved English-language examinations for which we provide preparation courses here at Emerald.

Request a Letter

We provide you with the letters of support which you may need throughout your stay here in Ireland. We can provide letters to help you open a bank account, to register with immigration (INIS) or to obtain a PPS number.

Request Holidays

This area allows our students to easily request holiday time during their course of study.
The requirements for holidays can be found in your Student Handbook, on the Emerald App, or in our immigration guidelines.

Long-Term Students

This area provides our long-stay students (longer than 90-days) with an overview of the services we offer our full-time language students, such as mentoring, practical workshops and free seminars.

Working in Ireland

This area provides information for our students who wish to work in Ireland during their course of study. There is information on visa requirements and restrictions for non-EU language students working during a course of study and advice on finding full- or part-time jobs.
