Guard.me Insurance New Service
Guard.me Insurance holders are now eligible for an innovative complimentary service, available in different languages:
Digital Doctor Telemedicine (DDT) is a unique service available for free to insureds who have purchased a guard.me travel insurance policy underwritten by White Horse Insurance Ireland DAC.
This service enables insureds to directly speak with doctors by telephone or video, in multiple languages.
This will facilitate faster access to medical support, ensuring a more comfortable experience for students.
When can I use the Guard.me Digital Doctor Telemedicine (DDT)?
Digital Doctor Telemedicine (DDT) is available 24/7.
When should I use DDT Guard.me service?
This service is suitable for simple medical queries or long-term hospitalisation to keep students updated on medical health and treatment.
Examples of eligible cases:
Headache
Respiratory symptoms
Allergy
Ear pain
Sport injuries
Diarrhea and vomiting
Common cold
Which are the available languages?
English, French, Spanish, Italian, German and Portuguese.
