About this course

Many of our students have decided to study English as part of a specific career path. With this in mind, we developed this course aimed at students with either an academic or practical business background who want to develop their business English skills in realistic business settings.

Our Intensive plus business course includes our new ‘Integrated Learning’ curriculum based on 21st Century Skills such as collaboration, critical thinking and problem solving. Learn more about our modern approach to Integrated Language Learning.

Our Intensive Plus Business course combines the morning classes of our Intensive Course with business-language specific afternoon lessons. These small afternoon groups focus on developing your language for the modern business world. Topics covered include:

• The language of business meetings
• The language of negotiations
• Giving presentations
• Marketing
• Sales and advertising
• Report writing
• E-mail and telephone communication
