Accommodation Assistant

The Accommodation Assistant is appointed to support the Accommodation team, relating to the Client Services Manager.
Some key duties include:
• Maintaining and updating our database
• Managing the Garda Vetting process
• Overseeing Arrival and Departure processes
• Ensuring adequate information is provided to all students/agents and host families before arrival
• Setting up and managing our Bulk Text Messaging service
The successful candidate will be efficient, well organized with good attention to details.

Essential Requirements
• Fluency in English
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to use initiative and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
• Flexibility regarding working hours
• Approachable, warm and friendly
• Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team

Desirable requirements:
• Experience in customer service and administration
