CORSI - SPC 5 & 6 Courses for Non-Native Teachers of English

COURSES
SPC 5 & 6 Courses for Non-Native Teachers of English
Our Teachers’ courses have been specifically designed for non-native teachers of English at primary-school and secondary-school level. They help teachers to develop their classroom skills and to prepare lessons effectively. The main focus is on practical ideas and materials development.

The Primary-School Teachers’ Course (SPC 5) offers participants the chance to develop their own language skills and to examine recent trends in English language teaching at primary level. The course combines practice in the four skills of Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing with grammar classes and specialist topics relevant to English-language teaching in the primary classroom. Participants have the opportunity to examine and evaluate materials for young learners and to develop materials for use in their own classrooms. See Sample Programme

The Secondary-School Teachers’ Course (SPC 6) is a modular course, which focuses on current issues and methodology in EFL teaching and covers a wide range of topics relevant to language development. This course focuses on the teaching of English in secondary school classrooms. See Sample Programme.
