The Emerald Cultural Institute requires Centre Managers to run their Summer Centres throughout Dublin over the summer months.

The Centre Manager is responsible for the day to day running of our summer centres.
Together with the Director of Studies, the Centre Manager has overall responsibility for the successful implementation of an EFL programme for students and to ensure the smooth running of the centre.

Role Overview:

• Overall Management of the Centre
• Student Welfare & Inductions
• Liaising with Group Leaders ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues that may arise
• Establishing and Maintaining effective communication between the centre, clients and Head Office
• Management of Staff and rosters.
• Responsible for budget and expenses of Centre

Requirements:

• Good Management and Leadership Skills
• Enjoy working with children and teens from different cultures
• Effective Communicator
• Previous experience of working with children or teenagers an advantage
• Available to work evenings and weekends where necessary.
• Computer Literate
• Strong Organisational Skills
• Ability to work under pressure
